Considering the situation South Africa, and the world, finds itself in, we are rolling out self-study (distance learning) for some our ODETDP course modules.

|WHAT YOU’LL NEED|
|· Internet connection & data|
|· Smartphone / computer|
|· Zoom (Web conferencing software / app. Basic free account)|
|Your training material can be obtained in one of the following manners:|
|· Email (PDF format)|
|Unlimited support is available during office hours 08:00 – 16:00, Monday – Friday. The contact details for your support facilitator will be allocated to you once you’ve enrolled and payed for your course.|
|· Face-to-face (to be booked on scheduled days)|
|The following venues are available for face-to-face support sessions, as well as for training material collection (please arrange for collection and support sessions):|
|· Cape Town|
|Your chosen distance learning course/s must be paid in full before the training material will be given to you.|
|COMPLETION TIME FRAME|
|For each module that you want to complete via distance learning you will have 4 to 6 weeks to submit your final portfolio.
Moderator – 4 weeks to complete.
|You can email a scanned version of your final portfolio to check if it’s completed correctly. Once you have the go-ahead from your facilitator you will be asked to send the original portfolio to us. This can be done via courier or you can hand it in (in person) at our Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, or Pretoria venues. Please arrange for a time and date when handing it in at these venues.|
|Should you find that distance learning is not for you, you can easily arrange with us to switch your course to full contact sessions. Feel free to contact us and make the necessary arrangements.
