Course Outcome
On completion of this Occupational Skills Programme for Facilitators, candidates should have the foundational understanding, knowledge and ability to be able to plan, select, and adapt learning resources required for the delivery of learning interventions in and occupational context.

The QCTO Learning and Development Facilitator Skills Programme (SP220319) requires 12 weeks of Workplace Experience. The focus of the work experience is on providing the learner an opportunity to gain exposure and experience in facilitation of a learning and development session in an authentic work environment.
