Learning & Capacity Building: Overview and engagements workshops on all levels, including presentations, mini-workshops, workshops to multi-day training sessions. We also design customised toolkits and material for organisations.

Both Elmi and Marina have extensive experience in facilitation adult learning workshops and facilitating a range of Soft Skills workshops.

Knowledge Hangouts: We host regular face-to-face or online sessions that cover a wide variety of topics, such as developments in KM (e.g. standards), specific KM approaches and tools (e.g. harvesting Lessons Learned from projects, Working-out-Loud, Story-telling, establishment of Communities of Practices, facilitating Knowledge Cafes) and others aspects related to KM (e.g. organisational culture). These sessions are also available as in-house opportunities for team building and training.

SA KM Summit: We are the convener and organisers of the annual Southern African Knowledge Management Summit. Save the date for the next Summit: 29-31 August 2017.
