Our training philosophy
We have a proven history of success.
Our fees are competitive and include portfolio assessment and moderation, as well as comprehensive administrative support.
ATS operates nationwide.
Training is outcomes-based in accordance with the assessment criteria and curriculum.
Based on one of the principles of the NQF system, facilitators merely facilitate the learning process, whilst it is the responsibility of learners to gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
Experiential learning is utilised as the primary training technique, enabling learners to learn through experimentation and direct involvement in the execution of assignments, under the guidance of the facilitator.
ATS functions via extended contact phases, during which most training activities—such as portfolio development and summative assessments—are carried out within the courses. This approach guarantees a 99% success rate for contact classes.
Training is offered as contact classes (in person) or online via Google Classroom.
The ETDP SETA Unit Standards that we offer has had their registration period extended and is still open for enrolments. To learn more about ETDP SETA & QCTO courses, please feel free to contact us.
